Hi, I’m Alona!
(pronounced A-lawn-a)—Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant, Group Fitness Coach, and proud HOT MESS MAMA based in Edmonton, AB, Canada.
I’m also a former yo-yo dieter who totally gets it.
Life is busy. It’s easy to put everyone else first and lose yourself in the chaos. But the truth is—we can’t pour from an empty cup. When we run on empty for too long, the burnout, the exhaustion, the anger, and the overwhelm creep in fast. I’ve been there… and you are not alone.
