I’m Alona, pronounced A-lawn-a. I’m a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant & Group Fitness Coach, based in Edmonton, AB, Canada.

I’m also a self-proclaimed HOT MESS MAMA and past yo-yo dieter who “gets it.”

Life is busy. It’s easy to put everyone first and lose yourself in the hustle and bustle. But we can’t pour from an empty cup, and when we continue on like this for too long, the burnout becomes all too real. The fatigue, the anger, the overwhelm…I know these feelings all too well. You are not alone!

I am deeply passionate about helping YOU create resilience through this crazy world. I specialize at creating healthy, achievable, and sustainable habits that will help alleviate instead of adding to your already existing stress. This along with customizing your meals with foods/nutrients that YOUR specific body needs and may be deficient in, so that you can FLOURISH.
